• 领导太阳能光伏和电池储能系统项目的端到端设计流程

• 监督布局优化、发电量模拟、单线图（SLDs）及详细工程交付成果

• 与内部团队和外部顾问协调技术开发工作

• 确保符合马来西亚适用的规范和法规要求

• 优化系统设计，以提升性能、成本效益和可行性

• 为投标、提案和项目执行计划提供技术支持

任职要求：

• 电气工程、机械工程或相关工程领域的学士学位

• 8-12 年太阳能光伏设计经验，包括丰富的公用事业规模项目经验

• 具备电池储能系统设计或集成经验者优先

• 熟练掌握 PVsyst、AutoCAD、Helioscope 等设计工具

• 具备领导设计团队和管理多个项目交付成果的 proven 能力

• 专业英语工作能力

• 愿意搬迁至马来西亚吉隆坡工作

Roe Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and technicay proficient Head of Soar PV Design to ead the engineering and optimisation of our arge-scae soar and storage systems. The roe requires strong design eadership, a deep understanding of system performance, and ayout efficiency.

Key Responsibiities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process for soar PV and BESS projects

• Oversee ayout optimisation, yied simuations, SDs, and detaied engineering deiverabes

• Coordinate with interna teams and externa consutants on technica deveopment

• Ensure compiance with appicabe Maaysian codes and reguatory requirements

• Optimise system designs to enhance performance, cost-effectiveness, and feasibiity

• Provide technica input for tenders, proposas, and project execution panning

Requirements:

• Bacheor’s degree in Eectrica, Mechanica, or reated Engineering fied

• 8 – 12 years of experience in soar PV design, incuding significant exposure to utiity-scae depoyments

• Experience in BESS system design or integration is an added advantage

• Strong proficiency in design toos such as PVsyst, AutoCAD, Heioscope, etc.

• Proven abiity to ead design teams and manage mutipe project deiverabes

• Professiona working proficiency in Engish

• Wiing to reocate to Kuaa umpur, Maaysia
